Two strategic economic secretaries resign from the Brazilian government | Policy | America Edition

The Secretaries of Privatization and Debureaucratization, considered strategic in the economic reforms promoted by the government of the President of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, resigned this Tuesday, said Economy Minister Paulo Guedes.

“If you ask me if there was an explosion today, yes, there was. But our reaction to the explosion that occurred today will be to move forward with reforms, ”Guedes told reporters after meeting with the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Rodrigo Maia, just to address the issue of tax and administrative reforms.
