Travel portal cuts many jobs

The corona crisis is particularly hard on the travel industry. This is also noticed by a booking portal: The travel website wants to cut one in four jobs – thousands of jobs are at risk.

The “” reservation portal is cutting thousands of jobs around the world. The Amsterdam-based company said on Tuesday that up to 25% of the total 17,500 employees are likely to leave. This would represent approximately 4,400 jobs.
