Gunfire at a property in Großdubrau, eastern Saxony, prompted the deployment of special forces from the Bautzen police station. As the Görlitz police department announced on Friday, witnesses had informed the police. Police arrested a 61-year-old man who was handling an alarm pistol on Thursday and took it, along with the ammunition that came with it. The man’s “small arms license” was also confiscated for verification by the authorities. “It turned out that the accused had apparently shot private property every day since Tuesday,” he said. The man has been charged with a possible violation of the gun law.
