Puerto Rico is interested in hosting the 2022 Central American and Caribbean Games | Sports | America Edition

The President of the Olympic Committee of Puerto Rico (COPUR), Sara Rosario, announced this Friday her support for the Mayagüez Foundation 2010 to promote the possibility of the island celebrating the 2022 Central American and Caribbean Games (JCC) after the resignation from Panama to organize the competition.

As Rosario explained, the Mayagüez Foundation 2010 sent a letter on July 27, making it available to the sports body “to make a serious and serene assessment of the real possibilities, both sporting and economical, of an eventual request to host this Fair Sports “.
