Miles of traffic jam on A4 after an accident with a tipped truck

After a truck crash between Wilsdruff and the Nossen Triangle on Highway 4, traffic jams extended for miles. As the police announced on Tuesday, the 42-year-old driver of a semi-trailer had attempted in the morning to avoid traffic jams in the right lane. His truck brushed against another truck with a 25-year-old driving – and rolled over. Both pilots were slightly injured. Material damage is estimated at around 150,000 euros. The rescue continues, there may be delays in the evening hours. The A4 was temporarily completely blocked in the direction of Erfurt.
