Graffiti surveys on trains in East Saxony

The Federal Police in East Saxony have been confronted with several graffiti since last weekend. On Monday morning, officials at Bischofswerda station (Bautzen district) discovered fresh letters measuring more than 40 square meters on a parked trilex passenger train. According to Ebersbach’s inspection, he was likely sprayed on the side and a door of the car by strangers overnight with blue and orange paint. In total, seven graffiti had already been found on Sunday during checks at this location and at Bautzen station. The amount of damage is still not clear, “but it should be a few thousand euros,” he said. The federal police are investigating the material damage and requesting help from the population.
