Former Pemex chief denounces ex-president Peña Nieto and ex-secretary Videgaray | Policy | America Edition

Emilio Lozoya, former director of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) accused of receiving bribes from Odebrecht, denounced former president Enrique Peña Nieto and Luis Videgaray, former finance secretary, for their alleged participation in the corruption scheme and the bribery authorization .

Alejandro Gertz Manero, head of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), reported in a video to the media that Lozoya formally told Peña Nieto and Videgaray to use 100 million pesos (US $ 4.4 million) from the Odebrecht case to hire international advisers in the 2012 presidential campaign.
