Duke rules out any possibility of meeting Maduro | Policy | America Edition

Colombian President Iván Duque assured on Thursday that he has no interest in meeting with Venezuelan ruler Nicolás Maduro and reiterated his support for the head of Parliament, Juan Guaidó, whom he recognizes as “interim” president of that country.

Duque referred to Venezuela when asked at a virtual press conference with the foreign press whether, like U.S. President Donald Trump, he would be willing to meet Maduro.
