During the concert with the Berlin musician (“Just save the world for a moment”) at the Arena Leipzig, researchers from the University Medical Center Halle want to know how major events can be organized in the Corona era. A good 4,000 subjects are wanted for the concert on August 22, as announced by the Saxon Ministry of Culture in Dresden.
The concert is a joint project of the states of Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony. The latter supports the experiment, according to information, with a good 410,000 euros, as the ministry has also announced.
Healthy volunteers between the ages of 18 and 50 can register on the “Restart-19” project website. The main objective of the researchers is to develop a mathematical model that can be used to calculate the risk of a corona epidemic after major events in halls.
