Chile continues to give “positive results” and cases of COVID-19 fall 11% in seven days | Society | America Edition

Chilean Health Minister Enrique Paris said on Thursday that containment of the country’s pandemic “continues to show positive results” after reporting that the number of new coronavirus cases has dropped 11% in the last seven days and 14% the most recent 14 days.

Likewise, the positivity of PCR tests at the national level is 9%, below the 10% used as a reference to initiate distrust.
